The game begins when you pop the top of this refreshing and balanced IPA, letting the intoxicating combination of grapefruit and hop aromas race to your nose. Once your tongue catches a taste of that sweet and tart citrus, it disappears off the palate, begging you to chase it back down the bottle.

Dark gold with a medium sized foamy white head. Tangy, lightly bitter, faint grapefruit and yeast. Medium finish and body.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is strong grapefruit with fruity hop, grapefruit peel, orange. Bit candied grapefruit. Flavour is medium bitter with a mild sweetness. Medium body. Hmmm okay, decent bitterness, not a fan of candied fruited IPA though and I never will be.

Bottle pale yellah clear. Mild grapefruit nose backed by hint of hop flower perfume. Bitter, but not as bitter as I was expecting. I guess the grapefruit kindah mellows it out a little. In the middle, the bitter bite does seem to set in a little. Higher alky not as apparent in this brew. Yes, even on the finish it seems to be a milder form of IPA. Bitterness seems to be more from green grapefruit rinds than from IPA hops.

Minimal, white head. Taste: Light sweet, hops, citrus, grapefruit, candy-like. Palate: Medium body. Light bitter finish.

12 ounce bottle from Trenton Road Takeout. Clear, medium gold color. Large, frothy white head leaves cascading white lacing. Sharp, bittersweet citrus aroma hints at grapefruit peel. Flavor mirrors aroma. Grapefruit, orange, lime. Very citrusy. Dry, bitter finish.
