Draught@TCBW2018. Hazy golden colour, white small head. Aroma is brett, some wooden and mild spicy as well as hoppy tones. Flavour is rather sour and tart bretty with some slight spiciness and acidity too. Smooth and refreshing, even though quite much on the dry side of things.

Bottled 330ml. -from Pivny Raj Bratislava. Probably this is the right one. Pale golden coloured, small white head, fruity spicy and mild brett in the nose. Sweet malty, light brett, fruity and touch of citrus with dry bitter finish. Nice one. 8.4%ABV

Keg at BD Brixton. It pours lightly hazy golde.with a small, foamy white head. The aroma is funky, big ole brett, melon, greengage, brioche, fruit pie, hay and some tinned peach. The taste is firmly dry, bitter, touch of something chalky, funky brett action, minerals, green, weedy, grassy, floury bread, spice, melon and booze with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. A bit chalky and punchy on the alcohol front. Fine, but have preferred the precious iterations.

Keg at BD Mighty Boosh, 17/01/19. Lightly hazed golden yellow with a decent offwhite head. Nose is mellow citric pith, balanced brett, ripe tropical fruit esters, on the tue melon. Taste comprises orange pith, melon, light funk, hint of pine, orange wine gums, hay hale, light brett tickle, faint spice trail. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness and background soured citricana. Decent.

0.3 l on tap at 'Be Unorthodox'. Slightly hazy, golden amber with a thin, white layer. Sweetish, quite funky, slightly fruity and a bit resiny aroma of manure, barnyard, gooseberry, some leather and a touch of pine. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, rather funky, resiny and moderately fruity taste of massive manure, barnyard, pine, tangerine and some orange, followed by a medium long, slightly tart, fairly funky, moderately resiny and a bit grassy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very interesting, typical Wild Beer stuff, the brett has just created a bit too much manure, other than that quite tasty.
