On tap. Listed as Old Snappers Original Hard Cider at the tap house. Decent apple nose. Slight cloudy pale. Good initial level of co2. No rude homemade apple cider attributes on the palate. Quite dry with no unfermented lingering sugar. Nice, well done domestic cider. Very much like the real stuff from the old country. Good overall cider experience.

Pale yellow with a trace white head. Dry, musty and phenolic with a bit of apple flesh. Medium finish and body.
