12/2/2019. Bottle from Crosby Beer Shop, Merseyside. Pours clear golden with a very small off-white head. Aroma of hops, fruit, butter and sweet malt. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Sweet finish.

Bottle from Crossby Beer Shop, Crossby. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and fruity. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. Overly sweet. 110219

Bottle from Crosby Beer Shop, Crosby. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are hops, malt, fruits, flowers and has a sweet hoppy finish.

Bottle from Homebrew Bottle Shop, Oxton in Birkenhead. Appearance - amber with a nice fluffy head and some floating flavour chinks. Nose - light custard, apple and pineapple. Light resin. Taste - more apple and pineapple. Stewed apple at the back. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - good beer and good first impression from this brewery.

[ As Handyman vs. Blackjack - Pale Ale ]. ABV: 4.3%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity, light to moderate buttery malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity, light to moderate buttery. Golden colour with lasting creamy head. Aroma and flavour have some pale malts and a little citrus. Very smooth.
