Ivegate Stout 4.5% - A dark, full-bodied, traditional roasty stout which has a rich deep dark colour. Complemented with complex roasted and coffee flavours with hints of toasted caramel and chocolate. Packed with hops and malts this really is the best stout Bradford Brewery has brewed. Named after the famous Ivegate Street which dates back to medieval times and was one of three of the first streets in Bradford. The word gate does not mean a gate in a wall it is derived from the old Danish word 'gata' meaning street!
