Pigs Ear. Cask. Hazy gold beer, tidy bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, lightly sweet. Plenty of bubblegum esters. Little dry floralness. Light dry finish. Too estery.

Bottle in Cologne 2018. Smooth malty beginning. Hints of hops, round and refreshing with malt and slightly floral parts. Sessionable but I miss the depth a bit.

330ml bottle [A very big "thanks" to Maddie!]. Cloudy, amber colour with average to huge, fluffy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, fruity and minimally floral hoppy, slightly bready malty and minimally dusty yeasty aroma, notes of lemon tea, lemongrass, a touch of apricot, quince, unfrozen strawberry. Taste is dry, yeasty and fruity hoppy, hints of apricot, quince, a touch of lemongrass and strawberry, diluted, minimally bready, malty basis, minimally dusty, yeasty overtones aren't strong enough to build up a veritable white pepper note; apricot finish. Very nice.
