On tap at Alpine. Pours with a brilliantly clear golden yellow hue with a white head. Aromas are bready, light floral notes and some grainy wheat character. Flavors are bready, grainy, lightly sweet. Minimal hop character. No real yeast notes either. Light bodied, lively carbonation. Tastes like their might be a touch of acidulated malt in the finish.

Bomber. Pours darkish gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is very light malt and wheat. Medium body with foamy carbonation. The flavor is lightly sweet, a little citric, a little nutty. Finishes hoppy. Summer beer.

From growler. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has strong notes of wheat combined with notes of vanilla. The flavor has strong notes of wheat and medium notes of barley malt, and vanilla, leading to a dry wheaty finish where the vanilla note lingers.

Sampler at the brewery. Pours hazy golden, thin white head. Aroma of wheat and vanilla. Taste, sweet vanilla, light hops, overly smooth with excellent touch of the vanilla. Beer keeps a grainy palate and keep a wheat profile Simple, easy to drink, and overly tasty. Nose is dominated by nice citrus notes and hints of wheat. flavor, light citrus, hops spices, high carbonation, tingling spicy finish, light malts and wheat, effervescent palate with some lingering bitterness.

Growler at RBSG2008 Grand Tasting on 08/02/2008. Clear light golden body with a small white head. Caramel and vanilla aroma. Big vanilla flavor, with some light caramel. Medium body with moderate carbonation.

From tap at Pizza Port, San Clemente. Pours clear and yellow with a lacing white head. Mild pilsner hops and malt aroma. Mild flavour if not to say vague. Reminds me more of a german pilsner than a kristall weizen. Light wheaty touch towards the finish though.
