American IPA with balance. Bitterness is high but not as bitter as many west coast IPAs are nowadays. Firm bitterness that last but but not overwhelming. Aroma is piny, and the Simcoe hops are shining. Citrus notes from Citra and Cascade combine the piny with the maltiness well into a highly drinkable beer.

0,2l from tap at Brisket and Friends, Stockholm. I wrote the beer down as "Popular Dream West Coast IPA", but I guess it is this one. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells flowery, earthy, herbal, spices. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes pines, earthy, citric, mango, oats. Finishes light to medium bitter with notes of pines, mango and oats. Nice one, very good to drink

Bottled@Spis & Vin, Tyresö. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild resin, wheat and a bit spicy. Flavour is sruce, grass, fruits, herbs and some toffee.

Tap at BF. Slightly cloudy yellow with white head. Citrus, slightly spicy, a bit grainy. Some yeast. Decent bitterness. Slightly old school. Okay.

Flaska. Rätt så välgjord IPA, möjligen något tunn och flyktig i smaken, men annars uppfriskande med mycket citrus och sötare tropisk frukt.

Bottle @ Spis å Vin, Tyresö. Poured golden color, thick white head. Citrusy, zesty notes aroma, tired hops. Quite fizzy, making it tough to drink. Light bitterness.

Bottle 330ml. @ MBWF 2017 [ Malmö- Öl & Whiskyfestival 2017 ], Malmömässan, Mässgatan 6, 215 32 Malmö, Sweden. [ As PKLK Popular Demand IPA ].Unclear medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, light to moderate yeasty, cellery - cheese. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, pale malt, fruity malt, citrus, fruity hops, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
