Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich intense apples, fruits, sugar and some alcohol. Nice sweet finish.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear golden without head. Aroma is sweet, apples and intense ripe apples. Flavor is very sweet. Sweet finish with lots of warming alcohol. Oily, soft and smooth. 170617
