Dark amber. Rich appley sugars on the nose. On the palate, it's got similar, but more juiciness. There's a bit of demerara sugar to balance the apple. Robust. I'm digging this.

375ml @ Matt's new place. Appearance: clear copper. Aroma: nice and sweet, quite intense, apples with apple seeds. Taste: along the same lines, moderate acidity nicely supported by sweetness. Overall: nice one.

375mL bottle, pours a clear dark caramel colour. Aroma is extremely decadent, with intense toffee, hugely concentrated caramel apple, and brown sugar. Flavour is extremely sweet, with intense toffee, stewed caramel apple, and sugars. Doesn't have the complexity or depth of top Quebec ice ciders, but this has a nice stewed, caramel character. Very nice.

Aug. 2017: 200 ml corked and clear bottle, Lot no. 2014-1-1-21, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken, at an outrageous price. ABV is 12%. Beautiful deep golden to orange / reddish colour, no carbonation. The aroma is not as great as I expected, dryish notes of oak and appleskin. The flavour is great though, intense notes of sweet concentrated apple juice, appleskin and oak, a hint of sulphites. Still not the very best ice cider on the market.

Clear medium yellow orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, sweet apples, wood, intensive apple, concentrated apple, apple skin - riped apples, light alcohol. Flavor is light heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet apple, concentrated apple, apple sugar, sharp - bitter, tart notes. Body is medium, texture is syrupy - watery, carbonation is flat.
