Bottle from Craft Beer Store, Hamburg. Clear golden with a huge white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, slightly bretty and light hoppy - fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. High carbonation. Good clean brett infection although I’m guessing it was unintentional. 230417

0,33 l bottle bought at Craft Beer Store Hamburg, 2,99 Euro. Nearly clear golden in the glass, with a big white head. Very low malt with sourish hints on the nose, no hop. Taste? Meh, grain, some sourish fruity hints, dry. Expected more fruity hops and bitterness under the APA label. BB 29/04/2017. Re-rating to times to the end: It´s a grower! Getting happy after the last sip with this stuff.

330ml bottle [Thanks again to Maddie for augmenting the Hamburg brewers catalogue!]. Slightly cloudy, orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity hoppy and spicy yeasty aroma with a white wine touch, hints of gooseberry, white grapes, nectarine, quince, a touch of mustard seed, minimally bready and biscuity, pale malty basis. Taste is dry, bitter hoppy, slightly fruity and yeasty spicy, hints of gooseberry and grapes, a touch of unripe peach, nectarine, white pepper. malty basis with very cautious hints of remnant caramel sweetness. Bone-dry; looks like the yeast strain used was lost in thought about Belgian kinship. Nice, but no US West Coast Ale.
