Draught @ HBF 2017 [ Helsinki Beer Festival 2017 ], Kaapelitehdas, Talberginkatu 1, Helsinki, Finland. [ As Cool Head Brew / Ice Beaver Mango Sour ].Hazy matt medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, mango. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart mango, sweet malt, fruity malt, frutiy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170407] 6-3-6-3-12

A muryk, looks like mango juice, no head. Fresh aroma with sourness, mangos and mango-popsicle. Taste has quite strong (lacto)sourness, fruitness of mangos, some mustyness in the end. Medium bodied. Good mangos, but overally not balanced.

Smell of mango, sour fruit. Bright yellow colour, lemon coloured head. Aroma of mango, wheat, yeast, sour apple and other fruit. Very sour. Lively carbon. Sort of fresh and good, but too much mango to my liking.

330ml can from Pien. BBE 03/2018. Pours cloudy yellowish with a tiny head. Aroma of overripe mango juice, hints of tartness, lactic sourness and wheaty yeastiness. Taste is tart, sourish and slightly stuffy with some mango juice, hints of fruits, citrus and lactic notes. Finish is wheaty yeasty, stuffy and slightly juicy with some earthiness, mango, citrus and lactic notes. Okay, but slightly too stuffy and the mango notes are a bit overripe and doughy.

Draught@HBF2017. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, friuty, some zest and mild mango notes. Flavour is lactic, some tropical fruit juice, mild wood and herbs. Nicely refreshing, but nothing that special.
