[ As Palatum Immortalis ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, fruity malt, dried fruit, candy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, candy, dried fruit, sweet malt, fruity malt, bread. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours dark amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of hop, fruit, wood and caramel. High sweetness, light bitterness. Medium to full bodied, sticky texture, average to soft carbonation.
