A traditional style wheat beer [Weissbier] made with German wheat beer yeast, malt, and hops which are found in and around the town of Bärenstein, where our grandpa/ dad picked Saaz hops as a youngster.

Cask (gravity) @ [ EBF21 2015 ], 21th Egham Beer Festival, Egham United Services Club (EUSC), 111 Spring Rise, Egham, Surrey, England TW20 9PE. [ As Brightside Bärensteiner ].Unclear matt medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, yeast, banana, light leather - grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, fruity yeast, banana, grass - leather notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
