Bottle 500ml. @ Chris and Ruth's House, London. [ As Humleland Julepakken! ]. [ 2015 ]. Clear medium to dark amber colour with a large, creamy - frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, orange, tart orange. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, tart orange, belgium yeast, sweet malt, fruity, cocoa notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Shared at a tasting, thanks fonefan, big long lasting bubly off white head, cloudy light brown color, aroma of minerals, cocoa, paper, ash and flowers, flavor of caramel and cocoa flavor with some paper and ash, quite sweet but with a light sourness behind, prickly carbonation. Muddled and not too exciting.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’ place. Thanks tomer. Cloudy amber with a beige head. Aroma of malt, caramel, yeast, fruitiness, a bit of cocoa, light plastic note. Sweet flavor with malt, fruitiness, caramel, yeast, a bit of cocoa, and a slightly bitterish finish with a bit of alcohol. Medium-bodied.

Appearance: Hazy amber/brown colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Fruit, malt, caramel, nuts.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Chocolate, malt, hops, nuts, fruit.

Bottle. Pours opaque chestnut brown with huge white creamy head. Aroma is vague with notes of roasted malt, caramel and milk stout. Taste is medium to very sweet, light to medium bitter and light acidic. Body is creamy with soft fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, dark chocolate, orange, grapefruit juice, plums, milk and hints of balsamic vinegar,

Tap Dark amber colour with small head.Aroma is malty with taste of caramel but also odd flavor of cooked vegetables and herbs moderate bitter and short malty finish with hint of brown sugar.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours dark orange golden with a creamy light tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, candy sugar, light cocoa, sweet fruit, orange. Flavor is rather sweet, malt, candy sugar, sweet fruit, sweets, , sweet citrus, orangepeel. Medium body, lively carbonation, light bitter finish. 051115

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Hazy dark amber with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, berries, dark fruit and hop. Flavour is malt, caramel, yeast, dark fruit, medium sweet, berries, toasted, little candy, hop and a little bitter.
