Bottle shared in London at Chriso tasting (May 2014). Cheers! Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Great aroma, rich citrus, grapefruit, lemon rind. Light sweet flavour with more compelling pithy citrus, lemon and grapefruit especially, light rind bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Well balanced finish, lightly pithy, further grapefruit and lemon, subtle minerality. Great stuff.
