(On tap @ MBCC 2017 Yellow Session, Copenhagen) Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Notes of tart indistinct fruit, maybe a hint of grape, a bit of sharp acetic acid, fairly ample wet barnyard, woody, lightly yeasty, finishes with a bit of a lactic sour bite. Thin side of medium bodied, soft carbonation. Didn't love it, solid enough but doesn't quite have the acid profile I'd prefer in something lambic-esque.

[ As Funk Factory Geuzeria One 87 ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, sour, funky, grapes, wine, lemon - citric. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, dry, grapes, citric, lemon, funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. On tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear rusty orange with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy and tart fruits with a strong oak note supporting. Flavor has funky fruits and a light tartness with grass and grains backing.
