Azure is named after the colour of the Pacific Ocean as we’ve used hops from either side of the Pacific, Rakau from New Zealand and Cascade from America. This light ale has a refreshingly floral and elderflower nose and taste followed by a bitterness which ties all the flavours together.

On cask @ the Cask and Barrel. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - fresh grass and citrus notes. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - a nice example of the style.
