Azure is named after the colour of the Pacific Ocean as we’ve used hops from either side of the Pacific, Rakau from New Zealand and Cascade from America. This light ale has a refreshingly floral and elderflower nose and taste followed by a bitterness which ties all the flavours together.

330ml bottle as part of a delivery from the brewery and drunk at home. Deep gold, clear with a small white head. Slightly dank fruit - some papaya and some physalis - combines with a gluey resinous character on the nose. Taste is as expected with tropical fruit, pink grapefruit, glue, gritty malt. Lightly carbonated. Okay.

Drikkeglede.
