Azure is named after the colour of the Pacific Ocean as we’ve used hops from either side of the Pacific, Rakau from New Zealand and Cascade from America. This light ale has a refreshingly floral and elderflower nose and taste followed by a bitterness which ties all the flavours together.

330ml bottle, should probably have been more chilled. Clear amber with a small white head. Aroma and taste are caramel and orange. OK, if unremarkable

Keg at the Counting House. It pours clear golden - amber with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, floral, light spice, gooseberry and white bread. The taste is crisp, bitter - sweet, clean, biscuit, floral, peppery spice, grass and flinty minerals with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent floral gold.

33cl bottle from Beer52.com. A pale amber pour with a thin white head and light carbonation; elderflower aroma; soft elderflower taste; with a gentle bitterness; and a lingering herbal bitter finish. A pleasant summery light ale.

Clear gold, white head. Bitter hop aroma. Flavour is tart, sour fruit, some hoppiness. Nothing special but I think it could have gone being a bit cooler. Decent though.
