Bottle @ Patricks. Unclear pale yellow golden body under a fast disappearing white head. Aroma is distinct acidic with lemon, oranges, mild ginger and a funky hint. Taste is rather acidic but mostly refreshing with lemon, oranges, some ginger and mild Brett. Medium body with ling lasting acidic lemon and oranges aftertaste. A nice take on the Berliner Weisse with a certain flavoring without overdoing it. Super refreshing.

Flaska från ICA. Blekgul, disig med fizzig vit krona som försvinner. Toner från ingefära och citron. Lite WC-anka/rengöringsmedel/pissoarpuck. Oerhört sur, verkligen citronjuice-nivå. Blir lite väl mycket.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, aopaque yellow with a solid, white head. Nose of ginger blending in with lactic tartness. Medium body, fizzy mouthfeel. Fresh ginger accents with a solid sourness. A sour ginger ale! Refreshing. 190822

Flaska från ICA Kvantum, Malmö. Disig ljusgul vätska nästan utan skum. Frisk och syrlig, kryddig med ingefära i täten, men framförallt mycket citron. Både syrlig saft och oljiga och kryddiga skal. Trevlig.

Didn't know this was going to have ginger. Luckily it's just the right amount, balanced with orange and pomegranate. Slightly funky Brett tones. Love this brewery name: Snow Owl
