Bottle courtesy of Jonas and Ursula, many thanks guys. Having this at home Wednesday 25th June 2025 in the company of Mum and Keith, cooking homemade burgers, homemade burger relish, listening to 6Music with Huw Stephens at Glastonbury, sat outside on the patio. Pours lemon yellow with no head. Fresh and a little funky, fresh lemon curd yoghurt on the nose, zappy, tart and sour in the mouth. Good it's really interesting because the ginger is not immediate, or for me at least it's not, but then it shows and it's a nice addition.

Bottle from the Kickstarter, drunk in a luxury tent in Iseo after Kinderdisco. Yellow color, no head, interesting flat ginger nose with lemony hints. Pretty sour on the tongue, a bit like a bitter-lemon-ginger ale mix but with much less sugar. Asian-seasoning kinda flavor that would probably make for a great pairing with a lemongrass garlic salmon dish.

Bottle at Schneeeule Berlin. Golden, mostly clear. Green tea, bergamotte, ginger, apple. Taste is crunchy, tea, nice full ginger, refreshing. Like.

Bottle. A lightly hazy straw colored beer, almost still and headless. Spiced aroma with lemon and hints of pale malts. Bready. It's medium to thin bodied, softly carbonated and dry. Tart. Lemony, spiced and lightly breaded flavor. Wood hints. Delicious indeed. 240126

Bottle at home, with Joe. Pours clear golden, nose is huge ginger, funk, a little egg, taste is quite tart, zesty lemon, fiery ginger, very sour.

--Bottled. -- Cloudy pale yellow, no head. Huge aroma of ginger and lemon. Puckering sour with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Concentratrd citric acid and ginger. No bitterness.
