Bottle 330ml. @ [ The Stat Improver Tasting ] - Saxo, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Dark Crops American Pale Ale ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, orange, light pine. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, orange, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours hazy amber colour with a lasting bubbly off-white head. Aroma of hop, citrus fruit, malt and grass. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Light body, watery texture, average carbonation.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are little hops, malt, bread, pine, fruits and has a light bitter finish.

Bottle, 5%. Slightly hazy golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, caramel, little dusty and a little toasted. Flavout is malt, caramel, little toasted, medium sweet and very little bitter.

Hazed golden color with a fine frothy white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fresh carbonation level. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Citric, fruity, malty and some pine in the flavor. Nice fresh and easy drinkable beer.

330 ml bottle at home. Clear golden orange color with off white head. Aroma is malty, grainy, caramel, butter, grass, light hoppy notes. Sweet and bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation. I will wait for the second batch to re-rate it.
