At the source: pours s sort hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is yeasty and floral. Taste is that sort of dry and crisp taste that you want in a saison. Pretty good.

On tap at (512), pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite rustic, with farmhouse yeast and dried biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly dry, with rustic farmhouse yeast, biscuity malt, and light esters. Fairly dry and nicely constructed. Solid.
