It’s back. On tap this date at the Bayside Bar associated with the Bayside Holiday Inn in San Diego. Price was right. Free with a bar ticket. Staff had no idea who was brewing the ale. Light, uncertain, hop aroma. Amber color with a white head. Medium bodied; mildly carbonated. It has malty sweetness well balanced by hop bitter. All the elements are hard to pin down, but it is really well put together. The finish is not quite dry, and the bitter is mediumly strong and persisting. Quite good. Very like an English bitter.

Draft. Golden beer with a big off-white head. Balanced malt and hops with some caramel. Light hop bitterness. Clean, unoffensive beer
