Keg @ Brew Dock, Dublin [030417]
Caramel brown, murky, fizzy beige head
Aroma of soft caramel, hint of toffee, little on nose
Taste of caramel, soft toffee, dab of fruity malt, touch of toasted malts, brown bitter sweet malts, not much going on, dull
Palate - Medium carb, too fizzy for the style, thin to medium body, soft sweet, very light bitter, tad of sharp acidity. Finish as main flavour slight brown bread
Overall - Too fizzy. This is a brown bitter, not a porter at all. €5.80/pt for a 4% brown bitter is a joke
