Embla var den första kvinnan på jorden enligt Nordisk mytologi. I vårt bryggeri kom Embla strax efter Ask i januari 2015.
Embla är lite mildare Ask, utan att för den skull vara menlös.
Hon har en härlig efterbeska som tydligt hänger sig kvar.
Doften och smaken är blommig med inslag av citrus.

Bottle 330ml. @ Chris and Ruth’s House, London. [ As Walhöll Embla ].Unclear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, grass - leather notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, hoppy, toasted - caramel, dry, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150806] 7-3-7-3-14

Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in April 2016. A bit hazy amber with fairly large head. Aroma and taste of grass, grapefruit, some hops and caramel. The finish was bitter.

Bottle @ Home. Pours golden with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, fruity hops, peach. Flavor is malt, little caramel, sweet fruity hops. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 221115

Bottle, 6%. Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, hop, fruit and a little toasted. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, hop, medium sweet and medium bitter.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting, my house. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich hops, flowers, citrus, malt and has a nice bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty weak citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty bitter citrus hoppy finish.

Bottle split at the RBESG ’15 Grand Tasting, Taphouse CPH day 4, 23/08/15. Orange amber with a moderately appointed off white cap. Nose is orange, bread, melon, tangerine. Taste comprises pale malt, tangerine, straw, melon, bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Adequate if unspectacular.
