Tap @ the brewpub. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, rich licorice, chocolate and hops. Nice roasty finish.

On tap at the source. Dark brown in color bordering on black with a creamy tan head that persists. Rich roasty maltiness with bits of earthy hops and hints of dark dried fruits.
