Oat Double IPA brewed with Valley Malt Pils, flaked oats, and naked oats. We dry-hopped this beer exclusively with CGX Cascade and Strata, a new line of hops from our friends at Crosby Hops. This new line strictly isolates the Lupulin from the hops allowing for more concentrated and explosive flavor and aroma, and we’re psyched on its application in this beer. Notes of overripe mango on the nose, vanilla cream on the palate, and a nutty body and nice chew to back up the hop profile.
