hazy yellow, small quickly dissapearing white head. fruity, almost vineous sourish aroma. something resembling sweet rubber, but it does not smell exactly like rubber, only sort of. perhaps the apricot. finer citrussy note. Very sour flavor, various kinds of fruity citrussy. low carbonation. faint woody note.

Tasty sour from Prairie, mixing a face-puckering tart front with a juicy apricot middle and a yeasty, lingering sourness on the back end. Stays refreshingly dry, never giving in to the potential apricot sweetness, instead offering hints of fruit while maintaining a firm lacto front with hints of barnyard and salt on the finish. Doesn't yet have the funkiness the name implies, but enjoyable nonetheless. Nice apricot-yeast aroma. The pour's no great shakes, coming out a fizzy hazed gold with no head or lace. Wonderfully sparkly texture, though. Nice pint.

1 pint, 9 fl. oz. bottle. Or as we read in more developed parts of the world: 50 cl. Hazy pale golden colour with a thin, white head that disappears completely. Sour aroma with apricots, wooden notes, lightly acidic, tart berries, lemons and pale malts. Taste is sour. Medium body with a slick texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes tart fruity with apricot and wooden notes. Funky. Very nice and refreshing.

Bottled:
Muddy pale orange with very little head. Fruity citrus and apricot aroma with growing, annoying rubber notes. Sourish flavour with lots of citrus and some apricots in the background.
Not too shabby but the rubber aroma ruins alot.
