Bottle. A- Doughnuts, apricot, jelly. A- Golden color, cloudy liquid, minimal white head. T- Apricot, slightly sour, jam. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Not a lot of funk which I appreciate. Definitely some apricot but not terribly juicy or fruity.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, apricot, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, brettanomyces, and apricot, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden, large creamy white head, dissipates fairly slowly, decent lacing. Aroma is stonefruit, oak, skins, brett. Flavor is light plus tart, skins and stonefruit - kind of under-ripe vegetal fruit. Medium body, soft carbonation. This is not a complex beer by any means, but its certainly drinkable.

Hazed orange golden color with a fine thick white head. Good lacing. Fine intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and a fine carbonation level. Nice balance between sweetness and acidity. Dry ending. Fruity, yeast and mild sour flavor. Nice lasting flavor as well.
