This Lavender/Strawberry cider is the result of fermenting & blending Cox Orange Pippin + MacIntosh/Cortland apples, producing a wonderfully tart yet smooth cider. We’ve then added PEI strawberry juice (from PEI Juice Works) and a touch of PEI lavender extract (from Laughing Lavender Farm).

Tap @ Upstreet Craft Beer Corner, Charlottetown. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet red apples, berries, flowers, fruits and has a sweet finish.
