PRINCE PILS is an “experimental” pilsner, a kind of alternate universe pils that might one day be seen as traditional (at least around here). Extra pale malt, wheat (!) and Pacific Jade hops (a decedent of our favourite varietal, Saaz) came together thru our pils regimen to bring you a beer that is extremely crushable (4.4% alc/vol), way too bitter for your dad, totally fun on the nose (peppery, herbal, lemony, basically Saaz on acid) and crisp as hell.
