Tap @ Bullwark Cider House. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sour apples, little honey, fruits and has a nice sour honey finish.

Poured from the tap. Clear gold with no head. Soft honey, sweet apple, not quite stewed apple, but in that direction. Okay.
