Featuring the same base of local pilsner malt and wheat malt plus flaked wheat and flaked oats, we soured this beer with lacto plantarum and fermented with Escarpment Lab’s Ebbengarden Kveik. After fermentation, we added a significant amount of kiwi and watermelon puree and allowed the beer to carbonate naturally. Super lush, super fruity, super tropical.

Hazy yellow, small white head. Light kiwi, hints of watermelon, watery, lightly tart. Nothing special really.

Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich kiwi, fruits, citrus and has a sweet and light sour finish.
