Our second sour of the season is a lovely balance between juicy acidity and tropical aromatics. A combination of pale ale, wheat and honey malt then dry hopped with equal amounts of Bru-1 and Citra. Aromas of grapefruit and lychee lead to pleasantly tart flavours of peach, citrus and pineapple.
One sip and you may find yourself on the south shore with a Crowler koozie in-hand, headed for the surf side!

Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are little lactose acid, citrus, malt and hops. Light sour finish.
