Cutwater Kolsch is a German inspired lagered ale. Warm fermented then cold conditioned like a lager this crisp blonde ale starts with light malt profile and a hint of noble bitterness while still keeping the spotlight on the distinctive yeast from Cologne. Smooth, balanced, and highly quaffable.

Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are crisp clean malt, hops, little grass and has a nice light bitter finish.
