Saltbox Brewery cooked 6 lobsters in their golden ale mash and fermented the beer to make the limited edition Crustacean Elation.

Clear golden pour with a tiny white head. Aroma is sweet pale cereals, light grassy, fruity hops. There is a distinct salinity to the beer. The finish is medium bitter, soft fruity cereals, and light fruity appley hops. About 5-10 seconds into the after taste, every sip, there is a light burst of fishy, ocean lobster flavour. It's faint, and quick, but every sip.... It's there.

Tap @ Lightship Brewing. Nice head with good duration. Color is pale golden. Aroma and taste are salt, malt, hops, grass and has a light bitter finish.
