Tap at Salon Piva 10/2023. Significant cabernet presence, mainly in taste, light funky notes, tannins, medium sour. Medium body, sour dry finish with cabernet and funky notes. Ok.

Tap at Salon piva. Deep purplish red colour. Intense cabernet character mixing with a rather cleanish base beer, with subtle funk. Med-high sourness, medium tartness, yet drinks quite easily. Very good.
