[ As Quantum Motueka Pale Ale ].ABV: 4.5%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, apple. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161015] 5-3-6-3-10
