Cask at Smithfield, Derby. Pours almost black with a small tan head and good lacing. The aroma has roasted malts, marzipan and hints of cola. In the mouth it is sweet and creamy with oats and vanilla. Later comes Old English Spangles with humbug prominent and hints of chocolate. Sweetness lasts into the finish. This is decent.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, oat, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, oat, chocolate, roasted.
