Our latest Double New England IPA brewed in collaboration with the legends and our Juicy Brewbrothers from Virginia, Juicy Brewing Co.
These brewmasters are renowned for crafting some of the juiciest, most outstanding beers on both sides of the globe. With Hopminator, we've harnessed cutting-edge, sci-fi brewing techniques to create a brew that truly stands up to their stellar standards.
For this one we used ridiculous amounts of crazy fresh Citra and Rakau hops, together with Riwaka subzero HopKief from our good new Zealand friends from Freestyle Hops. The hop combination together with the full of proteins malt base create a hop juice and super aromatic New England Ipa at 6.5% abv,with huge tropical fruit aroma and taste of ripe mango and fresh peach.
Moderate bitterness to balance out the sweetness of the malts.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Cloudy golden, rich head. Aroma of kemon ice fream. Very sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Sponge cake with citrus yoghurt and syrup. Low bitterness. More sweet than hoppy.

Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma: pineapple juicy, ripe stone fruits and vanilla. Taste: tropical fruits, pine and peach. Ripe tropical fruits. Sweet palate.

Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is oaty, floral, some nectary and mild juicy tones. Flavour is juicy, some tropical fruits and mild oaty tones with some slight wheaty tones.

200ml draught outside in sunny weather at Brewyard Brewpub. Hazy, warm yellowish body, clingy lacing from a fast diminishing, white head. Moderate taste of peaches and pineapple. Decent hop fruity taste of pineapple, wheat fruity backbone. Juice fruity ending, with a subdued bitter touch. Just okay. (Tromsø, 26.07.2024).
