Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, hay, sour grass, flowers, minerals, weeds, paper, old potato cellar, sorrel. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish, sorrel, soda powder, weeds, mild vinegar, minerals, unripe berries, hay, grass, old potato cellar. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Hazy pale yellow color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and fine carbonation level. Dry ending and a pleasant acidity. Very herbal/grassy, yeast and citric flavor.
