De Uithoornse Kromme is een vergeten stukje Hollands glorie, Kuit is één van de weinige bierstijlen die zijn oorsprong in Nederland heeft. Het zogenaamde Oud-Hollandse witbier is de tegenhanger van het Belgische witbier en de Duitse weizen en dankt zijn frisse, grasachtige smaak aan Hollands haver.
