Each year the brewers of Leiden gather at one of the local breweries. They join forces to create a one-time collaboration brew. This season, we at Pronck hosted Leidsch Bier and Stadsbrouwhuis. A Northern French Bière the Garde was the glorious result. A wacky little brother from the Belgian Saison. It's a blonde, fresh beer. Little spicy, little fruity, little bitter. Brewed with French barley and wheat. Single hop Aramis, a beautiful Elzas hop. Cheers to teamwork, cheers to collaboration!

Bottle 0,33ltr: Very opaque-like blonde colored brew with an dry bitter taste, some hints of caramel and some herbs. The beginning have an farm-like Saison-smell what will fade away. Brewed at Pronck, its there label design and shape, there name is twice on the label.
