Barrel-aged Imperial Stout aged in Willett 8 year Bourbon, Still630 Rye and Bourbon and 7 year MGP Rye barrels which held our stout for 16 to 21 months before blending. After blending, we infused the barrel-aged stout with our heavy dose of coconut and a dash of cocoa nibs for its final expression to be shared with you.

This poured super thick. Big, thick coconut vibes all right, with a lot of barrel, and a splash of alcohol. Very good, because I like rich, sweet, coconutty stouts. Not the most complex and not a lot of umami, but those are minor quibbles.

Aroma: coconut bomb with roasted coconut dominating.
Taste: very thick and sweet, a lot of toasted coconut.
Overall: it's like a liquid toasted coconut candy. It went over the edge IMHO.

Poured from 375mL bottle (2023 vintage; 15% abv). Very dark brown with no head. Lots of coconut and rye barrel with underlying cocoa and bourbon notes. Enjoyable.

375ml bottle pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice sweet toasted coconut rich chocolate and bourbon barrel vanilla. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate roast malts toasted coconut rich bourbon barrel vanilla.

Bottle. Pours black with small tan head that lasts and coconut flakes. The aroma is intense toasted coconut, bourbon, chocolate, wood. Thick, chewy, coconut, milk chocolate, boozy, enjoyed this.
