Pilsner style lager brewed with single origin California grown Feldblume barley. Step mash and single decoction. Paired with Saaz hops from Seitz Farm for a pleasing bitterness.

Appearance: clear copper color with a three finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some earthy sweetness with wet grains and a touch of floral character
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to slightly earthy sweet character underscored by some bitter floral tones; finishes with a speck of dryness and a light sweet grain/cereal tone
Texture: light to medium bodied - perhaps closer to light; great sessionability; pretty smooth along the tongue; nice carb level
Overall: pretty easy going lager worth coming back to.
