Sweet, boozy, thick. Dark chocolate, coconut, vanilla, bourbon. Maybe some maple. Rich, would be better if a touch less sweet but as a pastry fantastic.

Rated at Platinum Bierstube. Sweetish, intense pastry overdose with loads of coconut, maple syrup, cocoa, vanilla, barrel and oaky notes. Quite nice and complex pastry madness. Great.
