Cask (gravity) @ 33th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2016, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As 40ft / Caveman One Foot in the Grave ].Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, chocolate, toffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, toffee, dusty, berry - fruity notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161202] 6-4-7-3-14
