To pay proper homage to the spirit of Restaurant 'Outo,' or 'weird,' we brewed an apricot gose. This beer is based on a similar brew we created for Restaurant Ora last year, and we fermented it with a repitched yeast strain harvested from our Michelada Gose.

The result is a multi-layered beer with fresh apricot flavors as the driving force, accented by hints of spices and a slight afterburn. We promise that any lingering heat will vanish when paired with the spice-infused, Asian-inspired dishes on Juho's menu.
